We had a great stay at this unit in Downtown Dubai. The apartment was comfortable and well-located, with a mart nearby which was very convenient. While it’s not within comfortable walking distance to Dubai Mall and there is some construction noise in front of the building, it didn’t significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah zur bekannten Dubai Mall (3min zu Fuß) und Burj Khalifa. Der Check-In war sehr angenehm, die Mitarbeiter des Damac Upper Crest sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Von Geschirr und Besteck bis hinzu Toilettenpapier und mehrere Bettbezüge und Bettwäsche. Aus dem Balkon hat man eine coole Aussicht. Zudem konnte man den Pool nutzen und das Gym mit dem nötigem Equipment. Im Ganzen war der Aufenthalt Top und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne. Das Roven Heaven Team ist sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Sie antworten sehr schnell 👍🏻

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the view was absolutely amazing. We truly loved our time here. The pool on the 64th floor was a highlight super nice and with a stunning view right in front of the Burj Khalifa. A special mention to the manager Kamran and the Rove team. We had left behind some essentials, but there was absolutely no panic, they coordinated everything smoothly and helped us get our belongings back. Super happy with the stay and the hospitality. Would definitely recommend! 💫

We stayed between 6th to 14th Feb. I was visiting with my elderly parents so I was anxious at first. But Rove Haven respondents were extremely responsive & accomodating to my requests and made my parents feel at ease. The building staff are all very friendly. It has a beautiful swimming pool and a gym.  To use the metro, we used to take the F36 buses (available every 20 mins) at the nearby Barsha city center bus stop. These buses are really convenient as we reached the Mall of Emirates metro station within 30 mins. We also did  lots of shopping in the hypermarkets near Mall of Emirates. This property is also located within 2km of Miracle garden which is a must visit attraction. There are supermarkets and resturants right under the building as well with very friendly staff who will deliver to your room without any delivery charges since we were staying in the building. Overall a very pleasant experience and wish to visit again.

It is one of the finest and best place to stay. The appartment is just as described. The host was super responsive. They responded within minutes where ever we felt the need to contact. The building and people who live around are super nice. 😍 Even the staff of the building was very nice. The guy at the reception and pool were really friendly and easy to talk to! Everything as described by the host. The only issue is the construction noise   coming from the neighbour site which starts from 6:30AM some times and the work stops by 4 PM. The host team has responded quickly to resolve the issues faced by us.

We were 6 people staying, as a policy we were given 1 entrance card, it was very inconvenient to go to pool and come back in tower. Extra card was available on extra charge of 350 AED per card. Quick response by staff, Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed the ioj and the stay, staff very helpful n courteous. Absolutely wonderful place.

Wonderful stay in Downtown Dubai! We absolutely loved our time here. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building amenities were fantastic — we spent hours by the pool, and our kids had a blast in the kids’ pool and play area. The location is perfect! It’s just a short walk to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and there are tons of great restaurants and cafés right outside. It made getting around super easy, and we felt right in the heart of everything. Our host was friendly, helpful, and made check-in really smooth. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai, especially families!

Positive: Nearby Burj Khalifa Tawer.
Very cooperative security guards but so strict I could not return my shipment or putting it on my door to be received by company representative.
It has dishwasher and washing machine, also I have to mention the microwave and refrigerator.
Negative: There was water leakage has not been fixed until I left the apartment.

The receptionist is not related to the rental business.

I could not connect the smart TV to the internet and I didn't bother myself to connect my phone with the local internet also I think it is so bad to connect with

No concierge to take my luggage to my room, I took it myself. 

Some bed sheets are smelly.

No room services.
No water bottles.

The rental company services or employees are not available 24/7.

I didn't want to complain about this because most of my was out so I could bare with it.
